Breast growth: The most common cause of sudden breast growth in a 21 year female is pregnancy. Do a home urine pregnancy test. If negative, see a doctor and consider a mammogram and ultrasound. Another possibility is a breast abscess, which may require antibiotics and possible drainage. See a doctor today.
