Read that people who have lots of moles have a higher risk of cancer in general due to their cells telomeres& now i'm worried.is this proven ?

Individualize: Everyone is different. All must avoid to much sun exposure everyone must check their skin regularly. Having a mole does not mean it will change to cancer. There are many factors involved like ethnicity , climate or the environment, genetic make up and the any insults to the skin.
