Pauses: In breathing or heart rate? in each case he needs further treatment. if it is breathing he has sleep apnea and needs assessment if it is central or obstructive and appropriate equipment , CPAP if appropriate. F/u w/ sleep doctor. If caridac he needs to see a cardiologist ASAP, needs a Hotler and echocardiogram and he may need pacemaker f/u w/ cardiologist
