Not a side effect: I have never heard of this side-effect (SE) from clindamycin, so it's likely there's some other explanation for ur symptoms. Sweat glands can actually be 'trained' if, for example, you are exercising more frequently-u may find you will 'sweat' easier and more frequently since the sweat glands are now 'on board' with your fitness program. I double checked the package insert for this med-no such SE.
