Is mederma effective for dark circles?

I doubt it: Mederma can be effective in improving the appearance of scars. I am not aware of any positive effect on non-scar tissue.

No: Mederma is most effective for red/raised scars. Dark circles are more difficult to treat. Get plenty of sleep and wear concealers. Don't waste your money on mederma.
