Mederma or hexilak - which one is more effective in scar minimization? kindly suggest a better name if any ?

Depends on scar: Scar creams and gels work differently, hexilak has silicone, Mederma does not. Benefit is questionable, however it does not hurt to try them. Most important, massage the scar twice a day and use sunblock over it. For breast and tummytuck scars i suggest biocorneum, for facial scars i would reccommend mederma. Hypertrophic, wide or keloid scars are handled differently. Consult your plastic surg.
