Maybe not: Coriminic is not a U.S. medication. Websites say it is chlorpheniramine plus a decongestant. Here in the U.S., we do not recommend such combination medications for young children, especially not for a 5-month-old. His pediatrician should be able to give medical advice, and more local information about Coriminic in children.
