Wide range: It is safe. There are plenty different ones - mylicon, gripe water etc. There is no one thing that is " the best". Different medicines work for different babies. You will have to try and see.

There are different: Products over the counter that should be safe such as mylicon. I always recommend you check with your pediatrician to make sure it is ok since we do not know your child's history. Burp the baby well to prevent gas.
