No guidelines: Melatonin is a commonly used sleep aid in adults. At the present time we have no published guidelines on using this in kids, especially in infants. As such I don't recommend it. If you are using it limit the dose to the smallest available, usually 1mg

Not at all safe for any child under age 3, and especially not for an infant. DO NOT GIVE MELATONIN TO YOUR BABY! If sleep is a problem, talk to your pediatrician about ways to reteach your baby how to sleep. Chances are they currently have falling asleep habits that are not conducive to sleeping through the night on their own.

A 43-year-old female asked:

Can't say: You ask a brief but broad question about products from one source with no mention of what product or product you are concerned about. Since most of the volunteer docs on this site live & the USA where this company is unknown it is hard to comment. If you would list specific products we could look up the ingredients or product & might have an opinion on their safety.
