Inflamed - see ENT: Your esophagus sounds like it's inflamed, probably from the gerd. Sinus drainage causes post nasal drip which can feel like something stuck in the throat. See an ent.

Tend to lay down after I eat. An hour or less after. And snack in bed. May have acid reflux symptoms, not GERD, but lpr version. Throat, phlegm. Even sinus issues and cough. Could this be the reason?
Have been diagnosed with GERD, the possible silent reflux kind, where acid comes all the way back up. Not as much heartburn but more clearing and irritated throat. Also have chronic sinus nasal and ear irritation. Could the acid cause that?
