Hepatitis: It sounds quite clearly like you have hepatitis - and if I had to guess, it would be Hepatitis A which is a food-borne illness. It would be very important to TREND your liver function tests. If you have yellowness of the eyes, certainly you have an abnormality there- maybe your GP 'blew it off' since the numbers weren't that high. I would DEMAND more information, or seek a second opinion.
