I have a small white reddish bump at the side of my uvula that has not gone away in months. its painless and its accompanied by a few small raised bumps in the back and sides of my throat. what could it be? im really worried?

Do you have postnasal drip, allergies or reflux? These can cause prominence of lymphatic tissues giving a cobblestone pattern of the throat. The description of the other lesion next to the uvula is confusing to me and I think your physician or an ENT specialist should examine it and advise you.
