Yes, usually: Nasal congestion and runny nose can be a symptom of many disorders. If the underlying problem is allergies, nasal steroid sprays are very effective and antihistamines help. If symptoms are from a cold, it will just take time. If symptoms are from sinus infection, then antibiotics will be useful. If symptoms are related to pregnancy, they will resolve when the baby is born.
