Eating very little: Eating healthy is great but to lose weight you need to eat less than your body requires to maintain its weight. 800-1200 calories per day is your target. Weight watchers is a proven method with great group support. Give it a try.

Ask your DR if s/he: Would recommend prescribing diet pills or as a last resort, lapband/gastric stapling. Try some upper body light weight lifting. Check out link below about herbal meds for weight loss . Take care!
