Responsibility: Retirement does not free a professional from responsibility for practice issues from before. Pursue appropriate care from them for the interim. If you also really wish to stop by a taper on your own, pills can be cut in 1/2. Try 2-3 wks at 30mg, 2-3 wks at 20mg and 2-3 wks at 10mg. You should be safe. Best!
