Iron or vitamin: Can't be certain but iron deficiency or vitamin deficiency and also systemic illness or even toxin exposure. Your new physician will look for these among other issues.

See an internist: The ferritin level, which reflects total body iron stores, is borderline low this and your other symptoms, could be caused by a number of things. I suggest that if your doctor can't find a satisfactory explanation that you seek another opinion!
