My doc says i can increase citalopram from 20 to 40mg. does this med pose any health risks?

Better relationship: You may be better off if you can enhance your relationship w/ the doctor. You are at an age and have conditions that call for working well as a team. Ask them this sort of question rather than letting it go as an answer. CBT therapy sounds like a great idea to optimize benefits of Rx! It's the best help for many. It's probably safe, but get more than that!
