My left hand swells up when i walk, especially when i walk briskly. i hold my hands up waist level and swing as i step. what could cause this?

Swelling: At 30 your left hand should not be swelling when you walk. You should probably be checked either some type of vascular impingement or perhaps lymph swelling possible.
