Severa possibilities: It would be wonderful for you to see your doctor to get evaluated for this. There are a host of possibilities from causes in the abdomen like appendicitis, to genitourinary causes like an infection to muscle spasm to pregnancy and gyn issues like an ovarian cyst. A thorough medical exam is the best way to get more history and determine a working diagnosis.

Abd Pain: There can be many causes of lower abdominal pain in a young woman. Issues with pregancy, ovarian cysts, can all cause extreme abdominal pain as can strained intrabdominal muscles. The only way to know for certain what the true etiology of painis is to be seen and evalauted by a doctor.

Need an exam: Any unusual abdominal pain, particulary if severe or recurrent, needs to be evaluated. While it may turn out to be nothing serious, pain is the bodies warning system that something may be wrong and should not be ignored. When it comes to abdominal pain don't try to diagnosis yourself. See a physician.
