Not enough info: Leg pain can have lots of causes- it depends on where the pain is- high up in thigh- low in calf - entire leg etc. At any rate if pain is severe you should go be seen right away ( either acute care center, pcp or er) if you can't get anywhere tonight- which I do recommend if pain is severe--then you may want to try tylenol, (acetaminophen) alleve or other if no allergy. Also icing may help.
