Myalgia: Cold or flu can cause musculoskeletal pains called myalgia. Many other things can cause leg pains as well. How are the pulses in your legs? Do you have numbness in your legs? Answers to these questions let us know if you have a blood circulation problem or nerve conduction problem respectively.... Most likely, though, it myalgia from the virus.
