Will taking lexapro lower dopamine levels a lot? i am already on geodon (ziprasidone) and worried about parkinsonism symptoms when reducing dopamine even more.

No: Lexapro (escitalopram) does not lower dopamine levels in the brain. In fact, it may enhance it a little bit, although not enough to where you notice any significant dopamine effects.
