Fruits & Vegetables: are good in any form. If you put them in a blender you loose the pulp of the food, which contains many nutrients. Eat a variety of brightly colored fruits and vegetables. Just chop some up w/a knife and add nuts or cinnamon if you like (oregano for vegetables). Variety is key. Peace and good health.
