You decide: The "ideal weight" charts are subscience / entertainment. Even the much-ballyhooed "body mass index" was meant for populations, not individuals. Olympic sprinters are "underweight"; elite superfit bodybuilder / linebackers are "obese." whatever weight looks & feels right to you and leaves you competitive at sports with your peers is the right weight.
