I had cellulitis left leg from march 2. 3 weeks ago went to compression socks, no open sores.. my leg is dark red (ok) but hotter than right (2.5f).

Not enough info: You didn't state if the cellulitis was treated, or if it resolved. The concern here would be to make sure you don't have a clot in your leg. Venous insufficiency can cause stasis dermatitis or a darkening color of the skin. Follow up with your MD
