Hard to say: Could be a number of things or nothing. You should simply ask your doctor what the finding was on the scan that prompted this referral or if the scan was negative, is this just the next step in the evaluation.

Several issues: Mr of brain can visualize paranasal sinuses in field of view. If fluid, polyps, infection or cysts are noted then ENT specialist would be in order. Mastoid disease can sometimes also be seen. You should ask your doctor why being referred.
