Mgt: If it persists or worsens, a physician visit or virtual appointment may be made. The rash may respond to court aid applied to clean skin three times daily for the next two days. Avoid pressure on the area and any perfumed products.

Blanching rash OK: If no other symptoms and pt is doing well, a blanching rash should not be concerning. If persistent for longer than 3-4days, seek medical advice. OTC topical steroid can help with itching .
