Any vitamins : Vitamins are not required to breastfeed. You are certainly welcome to take them but your breast milk naturally has the nutrition required for the baby. Pick up any over the counter prenatal vitamin you like

Prenatal, DHA& herbs: Congratulations! Breast-feeding is the best thing you can do for your baby's health. A good prenatal vit. should be adequate but also important is a healthy diet, lots of water and herbs that increase lactation, such as red raspberry leaf, ginger, milk thistle and fenugreek.
