Random pains: Would check CRP and ESR for inflammation as well as ANA , lyme. thyroid. Can be lyme depending on where you live, or beginning of rheumatoid/ inflammatory process. Also may be thyroid acting up as it happens often in young individuals particularly females. or food intolerences ( gluten) Alternatively may just be musculoskeletal . Rarely rheumatic fever if hx of strep f/u w/ doc rheumatology
