Spots on Skin: A recent onset on spots that are getting worse may be a delayed hypersensitivity to some new medication he is using, or to something he rubs on his body (like a new soap product). Definitely call your doctor and start on some topical Hydrocortisone to see if that helps. If there are any more urgent signs like tightness in the chest, watery eyes, etc go to the er. Dermatitis: This is possibly an allergic reaction to something he was exposed to, either that he ate or came in contact with. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will help if it is allergy. See your physician soon if no improvement.
