Twisted thinking....: If you only "think" you sprained it, then it is probably a minor sprain at best. Apply an ice pack for a while to reduce the swelling or potential swelling. Reduce your activity for a few days and seek medical advice if the ankle is worse than you "think".

R.I.C.E.: Hello, Rest, Ice, Compression, and elevation is the way to go, I also recommend immobilization of some type of brace. If your not better, seeking further treatment from a healthcare provider. Depending on if you can bear weight on it, may warrant an xray. Feel Better!
