Perfectly normal: The tissue is thin there and the veins are close to the surface. Don't worry about this.

Tongue veins: It is normal to have veins under the tongue and just like veins in other parts of the body they can change in size. Usually veins in this area are nothing to worry about. If concerned, first see an oral surgeon or an ENT physician.
