Nothing conclusive: There is no conclusive evidence to suggest apple cider vinegar is helpful in getting rid of varicose veins. If anything there have been a number of reports of skin burns that result in using apple cider vinegar inappropriately. I would seriously consult a dermatologist before you decide to self-treat. I would also consult a vascular surgeon regarding your varicose vein issues.

No effect: Apple cider vinegar has no effect on varicose veins. It can be tasty in salad dressing and useful flavoring instead of salt but it will not help varicose veins if you add it to your diet.
