Not likely...: Most people have visible veins under the tongue. This is normal and not worrisome for me. If other symptoms (like pain, swelling, bleeding, lumps etc) show up, ask your favorite dental professional and sort it out then.

Sounds OK: The skin in your mouth is more transparent than it is outside so the veins show through more.. If no pain or swelling, taste or discharge; then it is probably normal. The next time you see your dentist have him or her look just to reassure you.
