No: Usually this just means that your body's immune system has recognized these molds as foreign from exposure. Whether you may have a fungal infection (unusual in immuno-competent people) or not depends on the clinical picture. For example a condition known as hypersensitivity pneumonitis from mold exposure may have very high IgG level to the molds implicated but even this is not from an infection.

Allergies.: This would not suggest that you have an active fungal infection. More realistically, it would suggest the fungi/molds to which you would have an allergic reaction - cough, stuffy nose, etc - if exposed. Environmental molds are very common, being found behind walls and within forced hot air ducts, and are a common source of allergic symptoms.
