Need endoscopy asap!: You need to see a specialist as soon as possible and have endoscopy to see why you are in so much pain despite taking esomeprazole(Nexium) twice a day. You may have a penetrating ulcer or some other serious disorder. Please don't waste too much time looking for answers on the internet at this point, you need to be examined.
