Ignore percentages: These percentages are useful only as a quick reminder about absolute counts. If your absolute neutrophil and absolute lymphocyte counts are fairly near reference range, and all the cells look normal, then stop worrying. Your "chronic anemia", by contrast, needs to be worked up -- it's never acceptable not to know the exact cause and address treatment when possible. Best wishes.
