I have a thigh lump. MRI and dopler show a 2.5x1.5cm uncapsulised,unvasculated lypoma. Doc thinks the 1% risk from adenocarcinoma should be tested with puncture. Can puncture be agressive over lypoma, can it hurt it and turn into lypocarcinoma?
