See below: Based on the limited information you are able to supply, I do not feel the symptoms you describe are related to your Ureaplasma infection but may be related to the doxycycline especially if your symptoms began after you started taking the medication. An uncommon, but reported side effect of doxycycline. There are alternative antibiotics if such is the case. Recommend you contact the prescribing MD
