Neuropathy: Pins and needles in hands and feet can be a sign of peripheral neuropathy. Basic blood tests may not pick up the cause of peripheral neuropathy. Conditions in the cervical spine can also cause these symptoms. You probably need more extensive testing by a neurologist.
