Many causes: There are many causes for dizziness. You should have your PCP evaluate you. Yes clogged ears may cause dizziness. You have to look for cause which is usually allergy. In the meantime you can try Valsalva maneuver maneuver to unclog ears i.e. by pressing soft part of nose block your nostrils and try to pop your ears but that is a temporary relief
