You may need a medic: If your pain doe snot settle down within 7-10 days you will require a doctor to examine your foot and do x-rays of the foot bones. This is one way to find the cause of your foot pain. Anything that hurts with weight bearing points to bones of the foot as the cause. I hope you havee not broken one of the small bones there.
