Does a pancreatic cancer tumor mostly have a dense scar-like tissue surrounding the tumor making chemo not as effective as it could be?

Dunno but ...: Pancreatic cancers present late and that is probably the reason that therapy is not that effective. You are entering the marathon while the cancer is at the 26 mile mark. Very unlikely that you'll catch up and win!
