Antihistamine: I would favor a nondrowsy antihistamine like claritin. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and zyrtec cause drowsiness and are probably alright to take at bedtime. Your pharmacist can offer you good advice in this matter as he/she knows all information and interaction problems with your medications.

Avoid: Diphenhydramine (benadryl) and cetirizine (zyrtec), as they interact with klonopin, (clonazepam) you can use plain loratadine (claritin) or fexofenadine (allegra) , all are OTC.good tgat you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medications, if symptoms aren't controlled, see your doctor, best wishes
