Anxiety, asthma: Sometimes asthma can present with chest tightness without coughing, wheezing or sob. You can go for hrs., feeling like you can't get a good breath. Anxiety can cause this, but usually it doesn't last more than several minutes to 1/2 hr.If this feeling lingers, ask your doctor if this could be asthma.
