Yes: Get it followed up. We don't want you turning up really sick in a few years with chronic viral hepatitis, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, or autoimmune hepatitis. It may simply be due to your having lost considerable weight, or whatever is causing your weight loss / dysautonomia. If it's diabetes, we need to follow your liver enzymes. Best wishes.
