I was diagnosed with benign positional vertigo yesterday. i have ringing in the ears and a lot of pressure in the ears. i can feel a click when i swallow similar to when your are in an airplane when it lands. is this a common symptom of mpv?

Get a consult: With the tinnitus and pressure sensation, you may actually have Meniere's unless the positional vertigo test is classic. Do this especially if the ringing in the ears and the dizziness came on around the same time.
