Sinusitis: The symptoms of sinusitis can vary greatly. Post-nasal drip from a one sided infection can cause pain in the throat on just one side and inflammed lymph nodes on the same side can also contibute to pain. Imflammation in the sinus cavity can alter the ability of the eustachian tube to function normally. Inner ear problems can cause dizziness. See a physician asap to make an accurate diagnosis.
