U get tired after 2 min of physical activity. i get tired after talking for 5 min. is it due to my hba1c 7%? low mcv and mch? all other tests are in range. please advise. thanks

Maybe...: Maybe related, especially the low MCV. Did you receive any explanation for that abnormal lab? That means your red blood cells on average are smaller than normal which can happen in anemias. I would suggest a visit to the Internist or a virtual consult. Good luck. Dr. C

This is serious: Your full medical history and physical exam, rather than your labs, will lead to the diagnosis. My first concern is a cardiomyopathy.
