Low BP: For a sporty, active person, that blood pressure is just fine. The risk of a low blood pressure is that you could get dizzy or even pass out. Be sure to drink plenty of water after you exercise so you don't become dehydrated (which worsens the already low BP). And, of course, STOP SMOKING! No sense undoing all that great exercise by clogging up your arteries with the poisons from cigarettes!!
